Welcome to ByteWorks Digital. By engaging with our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services. If you do not agree, you should not proceed with the purchase or use of our services.

Services

ByteWorks Digital provides digital marketing, website development, directory listings, and other related services as described in our proposals, invoices, or service agreements. The exact scope of work will be defined in writing before project commencement.

Payment Terms

• Setup fees are due at the time of order and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

• Monthly service fees begin after the agreed-upon trial or onboarding period (if applicable).

• Payments must be made in full by the due date stated on the invoice. Late payments may result in service suspension.

Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely delivery of services, clients must:

• Provide accurate and complete information.

• Respond to requests for feedback or approvals in a timely manner.

• Supply necessary credentials, files, or access required for the service.

Intellectual Property

• All custom designs, content, and deliverables remain the property of ByteWorks Digital until full payment is received.

• Once payment is complete, ownership of agreed deliverables is transferred to the client.

• ByteWorks Digital retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Limitation of Liability

• ByteWorks Digital will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

• While we take all reasonable measures to deliver quality results, we do not guarantee specific rankings, leads, or sales unless explicitly stated in writing.

Termination

• Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ written notice.

• Services already delivered or work already performed will be billed accordingly.

Refund Policy

We aim to provide services that meet or exceed your expectations. However, due to the nature of digital services, our refund policy is as follows:

1. Setup Fees – Non-refundable once work has begun.

2. Monthly Service Fees – Refunds are only provided if:

   • The service has not started for the billing period, and

   • A written cancellation request is received before the start date of the new billing cycle.

3. Custom Projects (Websites, Graphics, Campaigns) – Refunds are not available once design, development, or campaign work has begun.

4. Service Dissatisfaction – If you are unhappy with our service, we encourage you to contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review and address the issue.

5. Chargebacks – Clients agree to first attempt resolution with ByteWorks Digital before initiating any chargeback request.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
